8 string cheeses
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, lightly whisked
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Unwrap string cheese and cut each in half. In a separate dish, whisk eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
Coat string cheese sticks in flour and dip into eggs, then breadcrumbs. Freeze for 30 minutes. Repeat breading procedure and freeze for another 30 minutes.
Air fry in batches at 190 degrees F for 6-8 minutes. Serve with Red Pepper Romesco for dipping.
