1 store-bought pizza dough, brought to room temperature
1 8-oz. ball mozzarella, thinly sliced

Olive oil
Basil
Preheat the oven to 500°F. Place a sheet pan in the oven and let heat for 30 minutes.
Roll dough into a circle and place on hot sheet pan. Drizzle olive oil over dough and sprinkle with salt. Par-bake dough for 5-7 minutes.
Spread ½ pouch Red Pepper Romesco over dough and top with mozzarella. Bake until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is crispy, 7-10 minutes. Top with basil leaves and serve.
